Our team.

The entire team of the law firm builds on the experience and values of its founding partner, JUDr. Renáta Fardousová, who has practised law since 1994. She focuses on civil law with an emphasis on family law and the settlement of jointly owned marital property, as well as tax law.

He is an attorney and founding partner of the law firm who built its Bratislava office. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and insolvency law; in 2009 he passed the insolvency trustee examinations and actively works as a trustee at CUBE RECOVERY, k. s. under a special licence.

After completing his trainee practice, he works in our team as an attorney. He specialises in real estate law, contract law and development projects, as well as civil law and family law.

He is a member of our team as an associate attorney. In 2017 he passed the insolvency trustee examinations and is the general partner of the trustee company ARIES TRUSTEE, k. s. He covers all areas of law with an emphasis on commercial and insolvency law.

She is a member of our team as an associate attorney. She specialises in civil, commercial, labour and insolvency law. In 2022 she passed the insolvency trustee examinations and is the general partner of the trustee company FRDS advisory, k. s.

After completing his trainee practice, he has worked since 2013 as a senior lawyer with many years of experience in civil law, litigation and tax law.

He was a member of our team as a trainee attorney from 2013 to 2026. In 2014 he passed the insolvency trustee examinations and is the general partner of the trustee company FARDOUS PARTNERS správcovská, k. s. He currently works as a senior lawyer focusing on bankruptcy and restructuring.

He is the newest member of the team, where he has worked as a trainee attorney since 2026. His strengths are real estate law, criminal law and contentious/non-contentious matters.

As a trainee attorney, she has been a permanent member of the team since 2024. Before joining, she worked on drafting legislation and on the legislative process at the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. She focuses on civil and commercial law and litigation.

He is the newest member of the team at the firm’s Šaľa office, where he has worked as a trainee attorney since 2026.

He studies at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University. He is a member of the author team of the publication “Comparison of the Disciplinary Systems of Selected IIHF Members”. He has been part of our team since 2025.
